Dear guest,
to guarantee you and our other guests and tenants a pleasant stay here in Darmstadt, please take the time to read our house rules:
If you have any questions or if there is a problem, please call:
Ms. Levine, Tel.: 06151 - 80 55 116, Mobile: 0172-959 4551 (Eng. & German)
Ms. Thum, Tel.: 06151-506 266, Mobile: 0152-534 88 505 (Eng. & German)
Do not forget - please close all windows before leaving the apartment!
Checkout time is 10:00 am. If you want to leave later, please talk to the management first. Turn off heating and lights before your final check out.
You will find a washing machine and tumbler in the basement (€ 1,00 per unit). These are marked with "Laminet-Levine". Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are stored in the right cabinet in the entrance lobby on the 4th floor (the key of your apartment will open the door). Please place the items right back after usage, to make them available for the other guests.
The waste containers can be found at the right side of the house's entrance. The bins for paper, for plastic and metal waste are located at the bicycle pitch. Large boxes and containers should be cut into small pieces, so they won't consume too much space in the waste container.
Glass should be disposed in the glass containers provided by the city, just across the street. Please check the attached plan. Bulbs and batteries don't belong in regular containers or dustbins. They can be disposed in the shops where they have been bought.
The cleaning and maintenance of the premises has to be done by the guest during their stay. The cost for cleaning is € 25,00 / h.
You will find a safe for your valuables in each apartment.
The common areas - balcony, corridor and laundry room - should be left in the same condition as they were found. So please do not leave any of your garbage, empty the ashtrays every now and then and switch off washing machine and tumbler after usage as well as the lights on the balcony.
Please use the squeegee in the shower.
To help us save energy and the environment, please turn down the heating when you leave the apartment. All apartments have excellent thermal insulation.
In addition, you should ensure adequate ventilation and use the electrical ventilation system in the bathroom and kitchen area.
The outer lying blinds are equipped with a wind sensor. In case of storm, they retract automatically. Please do not force the blinds to go down during storm or strong winds.
Please inform us if there are other overnight guests (number of people & nights), as you need the landlord’s approval.
If desired, we store your luggage in a locked basement room; this is recommended especially for the smaller apartments 5 & 6, since the space is still somewhat limited.
As a matter of respect towards the other tenants in the house, a certain noise level should not be exceeded, especially after 10:00 pm.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. If you like to smoke, please use the balcony. As all apartments are equipped
with smoke detectors, the fire department might get alarmed and this might cause substantial costs for you !!
During ventilation (when you open the windows for a longer time), the heating should be turned off.
Please do not place the address on the key ring.
Long-term stays
